Designed by Kobi Karp, this mixed-use project includes an art gallery, private residence, padel court, ground-level parking, and a rooftop terrace with full views of Miami Beach.
Stoneworks of USA completed all interior and exterior stonework. The exterior façade was built using a stone rainscreen system clad in 24″ × 48″ Italian Travertine panels, installed with a track-and-clip anchoring system engineered for long-term performance and clean alignment.
Interior areas, including hallways, elevator lobbies, and offices, were finished with 95″ × 65″ Cappuccino Cream limestone panels. Each panel was reinforced with aluminum honeycomb backing to allow for large-format installation while reducing weight. All panels were custom fabricated, dry-laid, and individually numbered to ensure proper fit and alignment in the continuous book-matched layout.
The design team selected Egeo marble for the kitchens and kitchenettes, with travertine-look porcelain flooring used throughout the main areas to coordinate with the natural stone palette.

Stoneworks of USA provided end-to-end involvement, from pre-construction coordination and shop drawings through fabrication and on-site installation. This project stands as a key example of our ability to manage complex stone systems with precision and consistency.
